Nacho Bangers X Doritos & Pepsico

Our agency played a pivotal role in transforming Nacho Bangers, a cherished Black-owned restaurant in Baltimore’s inner city, into an inspiring beacon of success. Founded by Eric Williams, who overcame adversity and homelessness, Nacho Bangers became a community staple. With a visionary spirit, Eric turned his last $60 into a Doritos-inspired dish that he sold door-to-door, laying the foundation for his empire. Recognizing the incredible journey, we connected Nacho Bangers with Doritos and Pepsico, resulting in a partnership that transcended business. Eric’s narrative resonated deeply, leading to his role as the face of Doritos’ #SolidBlack campaign and inclusion in Pepsico’s #PepsiDigIn Black Restaurant initiative.

As a result, Eric’s story of triumph not only transformed his own life but also instilled hope and ambition in the hearts of his community, demonstrating the profound impact of our agency’s mission a partnership that transcended business. Journey To Josiah

Our agency played a crucial role in advancing the mission of Journey To Josiah, a nonprofit founded by David Marshall to empower and support same-sex couples navigating the adoption process. David’s personal journey as a Black gay male overcoming adversity to adopt his son, Josiah, spurred him to create a foundation advocating for equal adoption rights. With a focus on emotional support, education, and policy advocacy, Journey To Josiah stands as a beacon for change. Leveraging our expertise, we organized impactful fundraising events,

including dynamic Drag Brunch series hosted at LGBTQ-friendly venues. Journey To Josiah stands as a beacon for change.
